Manchester will be the first city outside the Emerald Isle to send their own Volunteer force to build houses for impoverished families currently living in shacks in the townships of South Africa.

The Make Manchester Proud campaign aims to recruit a 70-strong team of Volunteers to join the 1,000 Irish men and women on the charity’s one week Building Blitz to South Africa in 2010.

How can I get involved?

Be one of the 70 who Make Manchester Proud
We need 70 volunteers to raise £4,000 to join us on this amazing journey in 2010. This will be a rewarding life changing experience with the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and see how the work you do directly makes a difference.
